Homecook -potato spinach gnocchi


During the time of MCO (movement control order), we are always staying indoor and at home. That's when we have plenty of time to play cooking.
 
We decided to try making gnocchi.
Potato, spinach, wheat flour, egg and a bit of salt.

We blanch, boil, mash, mix, knead, cut, shape, boil, season, eat.

Garnish with grated cheese and voila! 

We made too much for lunch so we left some to stir fry with mala paste by Hai Di Lao (海底撈)for dinner.
