Noodle & sauce set by lvshi.urbanomad 醬好撈

 

Got the noodle and sauce set from lvshi.urbanomad last month.

The lotus root noodles produced by Rootplus, the only organic lotus root farmer in Malaysia I believe.

After cooking the noodles in vegetable soup, I added one tablespoon of the ginger sauce in the end.

I'm hooked since! And so happened I had a lot of stomach wind last week, I put in ginger sauce in my soup almost every day. It's appetizing too.
