Homemade pasta





My sister went for a hands on pasta making class in Kuala Lumpur earlier this year.
It was a made-everything-from-scratch type of workshop, that's what makes one has more memory of the whole process. You know, there are classes where you see the instructor did almost everything and all you did was the shaping. Only.



And when she went to Italy a few months ago, she got what her want for pasta making -gnocchi board and pasta cutter.


This red-pink colour came from organic beetroot juice.

Looks like our local snacks, kuih siput.
