Breakfast: potato avocado sandwich

 Sometimes I want to have something more than the usual oil dip with bread, I try making some filling for sandwich.

Other than hummus, avocado is my favourite too. Many people loves to have egg mayo for sandwich. But since I try to avoid egg, I use potato instead.

I boiled the potato, mashed it then seasoned with salt, butter/oil and black pepper. I made this on the night before.

The next day, I spread the potato on ciabatta, cut the avocado (I use half only), pressed then it's done!



My quick breakfast.


I used the same filling for my takeaway sandwich for lunch in the farm.

I brewed the coffee then filled into vacuum flaskx so that I have hot coffee to enjoy!
