Dinner: homemade bibimbap (vegetarian)


 We're out of idea for dinner.
Looking at the organic cabbage we have in the fridge (2 big ones), we already made a lot of meals with cabbage. Soup, stirfried, mala, pancake, you named it.

Since we had some carrots, sweet corns, oyster mushroom and the important ingredient for bibimbap -gochujang, so let's make bibimbap!

Noticed we're lacked of green colour, so I added in the leftover broccoli stalks.

One easy and tasty meal.
