Homemade milk kefir


I got the kefir grain from a friend, then feed it with fresh milk to cultivate my own milk kefir.

 Just one night and I got this.

It tasted almost like cheese, when normally it's like yoghurt.

Drain the excessive water from the milk kefir, keep one or two scoops for next fermentation. 
I added a tablespoon of homemade roselle jam and one fresh banana to go with it.
Yummm!
