Sourdough cardamom roll


My first try of cardamom roll was in Norway.
Yeah, of course it's Scandinavian thing.

The cardamom taste was so significant that it's a love or hate matter.
I've always been a fan of spices, so I like it!


I tried to make my own sourdough version when a friend requested for one.
That was ok but not good enough.

After a few more attempts, I think I got it quite near already.
:)


Using organic cardamom powder but because it's the green ones, I added some freshly ground black cardamom seeds to enhance the flavour.
