Sourdough bagel sandwich

Sourdough bagel sandwich with grilled tofu.

I simply marinated the tofu with soy sauce, sesame oil and a pinch of herbs + black pepper, then grilled in the oven.

It's my simple lunch when I don't fee like cooking.
