Vegan matcha cake with adzuki paste

Since I have matcha powder at home, I tried using the same vegan cake recipe here to make matcha cake.

It's not sweet, I shall add more sugar next time. Luckily I made the adzuki paste sweeter than usual, so they compliment each other. 

Happy to have cake for tea time for the next few days. :)
