Egg rice, Midsummer Night




蛋饭简单又好吃!
连老板问我咖啡如何时,我在吃着饭直接回答‘好吃!’小小吓倒他。 哈哈~

我一直都喜欢明亮一点的咖啡,店员推荐kenya,老板询问我的喜好后煮了对我来说刚刚好浓度的咖啡。

吃饱后,就留在那儿把两本小森时光看完了。
这里真是个让人慢慢享受一个人时光的好地方。

豆原Typica Ampang revisited

这次终于可以踏入室内了。那时农历初四。
和上一次在屋外的体验当然不一样。
有点昏暗的悠闲,没有路过的车辆声;
有冷气,有音乐。
一样的是有咖啡香气。


 好多咖啡小树苗。


懒洋洋的店猫 。


很喜欢的玻璃杯。 

专注。 

我们仨在聊天当儿,别人的小孩在玩乐。

Masala Chai

Masala chai, my favourite drink after coffee.

I've got souvenir from India twice this year, both are masala tea spice mix!


The firs one I got it from JL.
The spice mix with loads of cardamom pods and ginger.
I love the taste! It goes well with both English assam tea and Earl Grey tea.



The second one was from my pottery teacher who was in India for exhibition.
This one comes along with tea, so one only need to add milk and sugar to taste.
It's in granules not it's not instant one.
I'm still fine tuning the amount of spice mix to have a right cup of masala tea.
