Coffee & Bread @Baci Italian Cafe, Citta Mall

Citta Mall is one of the latest shopping mall opened in a neighbourhood area in Ara Damansara.

When Michelle suggested to come to Baci for her birthday celebration, I was quite excited as it's the chance to come to have a look here.

Baci Cafe is next to Wondermilk.

They display their sample breads here.
You choose and walk over to the counter to order and pay.

You have to order and pay first to enjoy your food.
A good way for AA paying method, but for group like us, it's a bit troublesome to walk here and there to order as the counter is not like next to the display, plus there's no bread menu on the board behind the counter.

Latte and cappuccino, RM7.90 each.
Not bad, quite smooth and good without sugar for my cappuccino.

The variety of bread we ordered. Oh, with one pasta among them. ;)
Other than the pasta was a bit too oily and my shitake mushroom ciabata a bit overloaded with rockets, the rest were much loved by my gang.
Price for breads we ordered were about RM12.90-RM13.90, for the linguine aglio is RM8.90, chicken was added for RM4.90.

Last but not least, cakes were ordered to indicate the celebration of Michelle's birthday.
They are Chocolate banana cake and orange cake, RM9.90 each.

Nothing to shout about for the cake, but we sure had a lovely time hanging out together.
Cheers for our friendship! :)

Black Canyon Coffee

My first try of this cafe was in Bangkok a few years ago.
I knew it has a few outlets in Malaysia, but I'd never tried any.

After the dining experience in Bangkok, I came back and found it has an outlet in Centrepoint, which is rather near to my place.
And I visited it more than once. :)

Tuna pasta, and tom yam at the background.
Flat white, with alphabet biscuits and tea.

See how authentic is the tom yam. :)

Watch out! Ninjas inside

Ninja Joe is one cute fast food outlet that serves pork burgers.
A variety of sauces, ranging from original to teriyaki sauce.
And the more you buy, the cheaper you can get for each burger.

We had teriyaki and black pepper sauce from our last buy.
Isn't it cute? ;P

The branding is good, we especially like their tagline:

"May the pork be with you".

Lol.

Find Ninja Joe in Sunway Pyramid, The Gardens and Tropicana City Mall.
And it's coming soon to One Utama.

RT Pastry House, SS15

I'm sure I don't have to say much about this well known bakery, which has 3 outlets in Klang Valley area.
I'm one of their fan. :)

The green tea swiss roll is the star product of the bakery.
But this time I tried their green tea chiffon cake, which is also heavenly good!

I was told that their black sesame chiffon cake is equally worth a try, but I didn't see any that day.

This one is nicknamed 'football' for its look.
It's filled with walnut and raisin.
I could finish this whole piece by myself. ;)

Organic bread from Justlife

Both were already sent into the fridge when I bought them separately.
Justlife Shop will chill the breads after 2 days on shelf, as all of them are made without preservative.
So we will steam the bread to consume.
They are so soft and fragrant, so natural~

Farmer's Market @Central Park 1Utama

Oh, I didn't talk about the first farmer's market last month?
The first Sunday of September was already the 2nd one.
Let me just make them in 1 post then.

This was the first market they had.
I was there by 10am. Every stalls were still selling their stuffs.

I received a box of cherry tomatoes as complimentary gift from the organizer when I presented them the flyer they sent out earlier.
I bought a packet of organic sweet potatoes with RM5.

Organic yoghurt in my favourite blueberry topping, RM6.90.
Yummy~

The second time I visited this market also at about 10am, but this time most of the stalls already sold out of their items.
Great news as many had found out about them!
There was also a girl singing, nice voice she has.

We got cranberry cake and doughnut from Woods Macrobiotics and almond milk as our breakfast.

I won't be there for their 3rd market, which is scheduled to be the last one.
However, if they receive good respond from the people, they might continue having it.
So good luck!

The Daily Grind, Bangsar Village

Nothing can beat a nice chit-chatting session with close girl friends, right?
A plus if the food is good. :)

Three of us met up on a public holiday for dinner.
Bangsar seems to be our usual hangout area as it's considered a central location for most of us.
This time we chose to meet up in The Daily Grind which none of us tried it before.

And I didn't notice before that it has changed its location (still in the same building though) and I thought it's closed down. Then jy saw it in another corner. :)
