Vivo, Tropicana City Mall

I visited Vivo in The Curve quite a few times, and this is the first time I visited their outlet in TCM.

I was with KH walking up and down to look for a place for our dinner during one Friday night last month.
Then I assured her that it won't be a bad idea to dine here. Settled. =)

I like Vivo as it offers a lot of choices, and quite a selection on meatless meal too.

Food we ordered are for sharing.
So we had creamy mushroom pasta (veggie).

Oriental chicken pizza, thin crust in 10".
With Citibank credit card, we get a free dessert by ordering this.

 My cappuccino.

And we finished our dinner with dessert, volcanic chocolate with ice-cream.
Very rich and aromatic chocolate indeed!
Seeing it flowing out of the cake, wouldn't it be just so tempting? ;P

We had a pleasant dinner with nice food that KH immediately ask for contact at the counter.
So she brought her colleagues for lunch after that, and she told me that everyone was enjoying their meal here.

So they have quite a lot of branches:
p/s: We chatted from 8pm (our dinner time) to 3am (sleepover at my place) that night. Girls' talk can be that scary, we think we can go for sembang marathon already. haha..

Justlife Momentary Cafe @Sunway Giza

It's momentary as the set-up is conjunction with the Earth Day Carnival at Sunway Giza.
That means the cafe will serve until today (Sunday) only.

Organic apple, orange & mango juice (RM8.90).

 Organic zucchini pasta, RM13.90.
It's all raw food, means natural and uncooked.
And the special part is the pasta noodle is made of zucchini!

Organic burger (RM18.90) is everything about veggie.
This is good!

My coffee (9.90), which they named it white coffee, is mixed with soy milk.
Good one too~
Organic nasi ulam (RM15.90).
The rice is ok, but Ms R didn't like the banana flower.

Here is about the carnival I saw.

Breads from O Gourmet, BSC

I've been visiting BSC quite a lot lately.
One place that I'll check out is bakery area of O Gourmet.

This is blueberry muffin from them.
I had this as my breakfast on the next morning, still soft in texture. The blueberry is only the jam part, no real blueberry though.
On another visit, I bought this brown fruit bread loaf (RM7.90).

It contained a lot of raisins!
I love the fruity part, but overall it's a bit hard for me.

I also had mushroom strudel (RM4.20).
No photo as I ate it on the spot.
It looked hardy to me, but surprisingly it's not so, and it's nice with the fragrant and texture of mushroom!

O Gourmet is located on the ground floor (east wing concourse area) of Bangsar Shopping Centre.

Ristretto, 10 Mont Kiara

It's a small cafe located at a corner when you come to 10 Mont Kiara, the luxurious residential area.
It also can be connected from the condominium, if only you have the access card.

So since it's tea time, I had dessert and coffee. They have a promotion for this period where you order 1 coffee, you can have the selected dessert with only RM2!

This is strawberry cheesecake, which is very well presented to us.
The second surprise was the amount of strawberries, mind you, there were a lot of them!
But too bad, the base of the cake was quite hard and too sweet for me.

"How about a cup of coffee?"
They also have a cute cup for my cappuccino (RM5).
Nice presentation too.
And the coffee also not bad.

MS got her rather late lunch here.
They took quite a long time to serve this fried rice (RM10), when she's already super hungry. XD
I suppose they took some time to 'decorate' it.
The fried rice should be good enough, or she's too hungry, she didn't complain about it.

Homemade bread toast + coleslaw

I think no one else would eat like this ;P

White bread + sliced eggplant + sliced tomato + cheddar cheese
=my brunch!

Tell me if you had weirder combo. =)

I had homemade coleslaw on the other day.
Besides cabbage, carrot and mayonnaise, I added in raisins for sweetness.

Eco-Oasis, Bangsar

I was at Bangsar for a meeting, and I saw this organic cafe across the road.
Then I remembered that she was here before.

So I decided to have my lunch here.

When I had my seat at the back of the 'house', I was kinda forgotten that I was still in the city.
It was such a serene and breezy environment.
They prepared mosquito smoke coil for me to shoo away mosquitoes.
But in fact I'd already 'kena' a few bites even before I sat down.
Hmm, I always attract mosquitoes.

Black soy milk, RM4.50.
I suppose they blended it just before serving it to me, as I could hear machine sound.

Grilled vege sandwich, RM11.90.
3 pieces of multi grain bread with cucumber, aubergine, onion and sprouts, also salad to complete the meal.
Great taste I can say!

New in town: Coffee Famille, Sunsuria Avenue

I'm so happy to know there's another new cafe opening near to my place.
I met up with JY on last Saturday in this newly opened cafe.

I chose to sit at the table nearest to the entrance.

The handmade menu.

I ordered biscotti to go with my coffee, RM3.90.

As usual, my default drink, cappuccino RM8.50.
Smooth and fragrant, just nice without sugar.

JY's fruit grain tea (RM9.90) which she thought it's a bit too sour for her liking, so she asked for more sugar. They gave her honey, instead.
JY had smoked salmon spaghetti (RM11.90) as she hasn't have proper lunch.
As what we were told, the spaghetti cooked with olive oil, comes with smoked salmon and pumpkin, and a piece of garlic bread.
Apart from the spaghetti lacked of flavour, the rest was fine.

A part of the interior.

We were there chatting and enjoying our tea time for 2 hours.
We felt quite comfortable there.
I'll revisit since it's so near to my place, and also to try out other stuffs.

Espressamente Illy, Pavilion KL

The same day I went to The Tea Republic, I was here to enjoy Illy's coffee after watching a dance show in The Actor's Studio, Lot 10.
Coffee for myself, finally. And mind you, this is our supper. XD

A variety of drinks, especially coffee.

Coffee cup sets at display.

Me and YS playing with our mirror image.

I ordered cappuccino (RM10), as always.
It's my default drink whenever I visit cafe.

YS and FY's Cioccolata a.k.a. hot chocolate drink, RM12.

My biscoti (RM6) to go with my coffee.
It got the soft cookies kinda texture, not the hard & crunchy type that I prefer.

YS ordered Toast All Italia set, RM7 as she didn't eat much for dinner.

It's near 12am when we left, but Bukit Bintang area was still jam-packed with people.
I'ts weekend, after all.
