Hand grinder for home barista

I have a coffee bean grinder, finally. :)

Actually I have no idea which brand or what type of grinder I should invest, so I just bought it from Coffee Famille -my favourite cafe. I trust their selection.

So this is the one I've got from them.
When I showed a coffee lover friend of my latest collection, I was told that this is a good one, and he has the same one too.
Glad to hear that. :D

I adjusted a few times for the grinding burrs to get the right grind for my dripper.
I have none other grinder to compare with, but I think it works fine for me.
One thing is the ground part will sometimes 'jump off' from the top. I thought off making a cover to prevent that. But anyway, it's not a big issue.

I'm not done with Seoul food yet. :)

Here's one small dining place hiding in an alley of Hongdae area.

I'm on Kidney REtreat

For kidney detox, the challenge is to finish 10 bottles of lemon juice (200ml per bottle) in 10 days.
See here for more info.

I personally don't favour sour food, so drinking lemon juice for such a long duration is kinda challenging.
I mixed the juice with water and some honey for a more pleasant process. :)

Cheers for healthier kidneys!

Greenlicious, 10 Boulevard

10 Boulevard has been standing still there for quite some times and I've never bothered to check that place.
So when J suggested to dine in one of the restaurant there for her birthday dinner, I was like "ah? got nice place there?"

She's a vegetarian, so it must be a vegetarian restaurant or at least they do serve vegetarian food.
Greenlicious is the latter type. They actually serve mainly organic food.

The cosy cafe. This is upstairs.

I was there yesterday and I just can't wait to share with you this cute little cafe in Penang.
It's Huey&Wah in Straits Quay.
