Standing Theory, SS2

Standing Theory just celebrated their one year in business last November.

Hiding inside a quiet residential area in SS2, they serve as a neighbourhood cafe, but also to the savoury waffles fans out there.

Yup, that's their best seller item in the cafe - banana & pork bacon waffles (BBC waffle) in day time and fried chicken waffles during the night.

Don't forget their coffee. They were serving long black with Panama when I was there last month.
