My second try with Earl Grey tea infused bread after the 1st time being too mild.
It got a stronger aroma this time.
The left one with raisin and the other one with banana inside.
I added a teaspoon of chocolate drink powder hence the darker brown colour.
I made the dough a night before then sent to the fridge for low temperature fermentation.
I folded the dough for a few times in the morning before the final shaping.
I let them prove for another 1.5 hours before sending them to the oven.
