Breakfast -sourdough sandwich with adzuki paste

I made sourdough sandwich loaf yesterday, so I have them for breakfast today. Finished my last bit of adzuki paste and topped with cold butter as the filling for the sandwich, paired with hot black coffee.

That's my Sunday morning. Slow and mellow.
