Sourdough rye loaf


Rye is nutritious and lower in gluten than wheat.
Rye bread makes you feel full, and has less impact on raising blood sugar.

It's denser and less chewy than normal bread made of wheat flour, and it's has deep flavour and tangy

The distinctive taste makes you either love it or hate it. 

It's harder to slice too. Normally I don't slice on the same day as the crumb will all stick to the knife.
