Red yeast rice, raisin & walnut bread

I was at The Baker's Son to choose which baguette to buy ( they have really loads of choices),

then I saw this one being displayed near the counter.

And there's a container with cuts of the bread for taste testing.

I was curious about it so I had one piece to taste.

I found it surprisingly soft and not weird at all (ha, it did look weird with the red colour).

So I bought it home.
