Thyme Bakery & Cafe 百里香

Thyme Bakery & Cafe is the nearest bakery to my current office.

They make fresh bread at the outlet everyday.

This is salted cheese cake from them.

Cheese is always tasted a bit salty, not sure why they named it 'salted' cheese cake.

But this is indeed a soft and fluffy one, with the nice cheesy smell.

Best eaten once out of fridge.

They also make 'sushi' which is made of cake and rolled with ingredients you found in sushi, like seaweed, carrot and cucumber. I'd tried it and I found it delicious!

They sell a variety of cakes too.
