Vegetarian lasagna

I bought lasagne sheet from Tesco, which is organic.

No pre-cooking required, which is quite convenient.


I made a simple one.
Sliced onion, carrot, zucchini, mushroom, brinjal, tomato paste and shredded cheddar cheese.
Sautee all the veg, then prepare the oven safe dish to layer all the ingredients.

It's burnt after 150-200 degree celcius of heating for 30 minutes.
As suggested by cousin, cover it with foil can avoid direct heating.
However, after removing the burnt part, we still managed to finish it as we're hungry. XD
