English muffin from Village Grocer

Don't know why, I'm kinda into English muffin lately.

Whenever I saw in bakeries, I will sure get some.

This pack of muffins were just freshly baked on the day, I assumed from the fluffy buns.

I made mashed potatoes as the filling.

That's my snack. :)
