Homemade organic oatmeal brown bread

It's been long long time that I last baked a bread.
And this time is my first attempt on 100% organic bread. Yes, even the active dry yeast.



I'm very happy with the outcome (I mean the look) although the taste and texture not really what I expected. It wasn't salty enough.

But it's like one great achievement of myself to bake such a bread. ;)
