Purple sweet potato bread

Nice sunlight showered the kitchen this morning just before I sent the bread into oven.

When I saw packets of purple sweet potato was arranged on the rack one morning, I couldn't resist but to imagine how it's gonna be in my bread.

These beautiful produces are by a local organic farm in Bangi, GK Farm.

Although the bake wasn't really a successful one (still a little too dense inside, maybe need a longer time to proof), but the colour and outlook still makes me happy. :)
