Homecook vegetarian budae jjigae and kimchi pajeon
We are a fan of Korean food.
Since MCO we hardly eat out, so most of the time we make our own at home.
Pajeon, kimchi jjigae, tteokbokki, you name it. There are many Korean mart in Klang Valley area, so it's quite convenient to grab the fresh ingredients.
Budae jjigae, I believe, is one of the most convenient meal to make. We don't eat much meat and processed food, so we got rid of sausage, ham and baked bean.
We have tofu, mushroom, fresh rice cake (normally we buy from Korean store at the cashier counter, not the frozen one), chinese cabbage, spring onion / leek, onion, soy bean, homemade kimchi and dried noodles. Of course, gochuchang which is bought from store.
We always have pajeon too whenever we are out of fresh vegetables for dinner.
