Broccoli potato soup


 It's an easy-to-make dinner for today.

The ingredients -garlic, onion, potato, broccoli, black pepper, salt, vegetable broth.
Sauteed the first 4 ingredients, added in vegetable broth and seasoning, then I blended all, boiled for a little more, and it's done!

Sprinkled a little olive oil and black sesame on top then served with toasted sourdough bread.


I still have another portion but I wanted to make something else with it.
Pasta, it is.

I sprinkled some chili flakes and nutritional yeast to add flavour.
Also ready made kimchi dumplings as side. 

That's one quick meal. :)
