Chocolate fruit vegan bread

 


Since it's Christmas, I wanted to bake something festival too.
So I use the same dough recipe for country loaf, just replacing some part of water to soymilk, and add some cocoa powder.

Then add in fruits such as dried fig and raisin, as well as chocolte chips.
It turned out soft, but overall not sweet enough and not chocolate-y enough. 

I shall try again with more cocoa powder and chocolate chips, and add some nuts for the bite.
