Alliews Bakery, Kulai

 A friend told us about this newly opened bakery when we was in town last month.

They serve sourdough breads!

We first had the red bean bun which was a surprise, the red bean paste was so good! You can immediately sense the homemade taste and definitely not those buy-in-bulk one.

The tomato soup was thick and savoury too. While having these meals, they reminded me of Tommy le Baker in KL. After some conversation with the owner then we knew the baker worked in the KL bakery before.

We packed some wholemeal sandwich loaf and salt bun too, they were equally good.

All the best to the new bakery in small town!
