Chez Gaston by Rendez-Vous
This was probably my first experience of French cuisine in KL.
We got the chance to dine at Chez Gaston as my aunt and uncle dropped by the city before leaving for their Europe trip last November.
A very cozy space in quieter corner of Bangsar.
This place reminds me of Coconut House back in Pudu area.
The bread basket - so good that we had to order another one.
We had one fish soup then my sister ordered the soup of the day, which is carrot soup. I was quite skeptical at first, but I tried anyway and wow it was very good!
Ratatouille and beef at the background. My cousins had the beef and mutton which I don't eat, so no comment on these dishes.
Seafood soup. I didn't try the seafood but only tasted a little of the soup.
Umami-packed dish.
Pork and cheese platter.
