Seeded sourdough (starter discard) crackers
I had some sourdough starter discard recently so I looked up on the internet to search one recipe that I can remake easily (and ingredients available).
And I found this which is easy to make and delicious!

I altered some ingredients to what I have in the pantry.
Before baking.
The golden colour is from local biodynamic red palm oil. It's produced by Terra Farm where they took over an old palm oil plantation, take good care of the soil and after a few years of biodynamic farming, finally they have good yields.
All crunchy and smells good too!
Ingredients I used:
220g sourdough starter discard
50g red palm oil (produced by Terra Farm)
3g sea salt
Some ground black pepper
125g wheat flour
25g sunflower seeds
25g pumpkin seeds
15g sesame seeds
(you may add more of these seeds according to your own preference)
Bake at 165°C for 30-35 minutes
I made a video and posted in YouTube too, you may watch here.
