Sourdough starter, masala chai and bagel sandwich

It's a sunny Saturday and I was glad I had no schedule on that day.
I could spend my time slowly at home.

I woke up, as usual, starting with oil pulling, checking the plants in the balcony, preparing breakfast.
Then I did a little bit of cleaning -vacuumed the floor and wiped the bookcase in the living room.

I planned to prepare a bread in the afternoon, so I fed my starter by transferring some to a new and bigger jar. I will keep both as I usually bake a lot for orders.


Instead of coffee, I made masala chai for breakfast.
I made some vegan butter using red palm oil so I spread them on my bagel then with banana too.
It's delicious!

I make more videos recently, so I didn't have many photos of the day.
