Vegan lemon pound cake

I am into vegan dessert baking again lately.

This time I tried baking lemon pound cake which I need to make vegan butter first.

I've been keeping this recipe by A Greener Soul for some time, and finally I had the urge to make it. :)

From vegan butter to syrup to icing, I made them all.

It turned out so well!

Their recipes are always easy to follow and the results are amazing too.

It's moist and has great texture, but probably I didn't put enough lemon zest, it's not sour enough to my liking. I shall add more next time.
But still, it's a great cake!
