Golden Soya Bread, The Baker's Son

Another buy from The Baker's Son for Sunday breakfast for me and my guests at my apartment.

It's quite soft and flavorsome.

As the label stated 'no preservative', the bread must be eaten within 2 days or keep it in fridge after that.

This loaf had been seen with mould this morning.

It's not really a bad thing, means they really didn't add any preservative in the making.

Just that I have to remember to keep it in fridge after 2 days.
