It's quite soft and flavorsome.
As the label stated 'no preservative', the bread must be eaten within 2 days or keep it in fridge after that.
This loaf had been seen with mould this morning.
It's not really a bad thing, means they really didn't add any preservative in the making.
Just that I have to remember to keep it in fridge after 2 days.
