Homemade bread toast + coleslaw

I think no one else would eat like this ;P

White bread + sliced eggplant + sliced tomato + cheddar cheese

=my brunch!

Tell me if you had weirder combo. =)

I had homemade coleslaw on the other day.

Besides cabbage, carrot and mayonnaise, I added in raisins for sweetness.
