I tried to make yeast water and I made pre-fermented dough with yeast water+all purpose flour.
After mixing yeast water with flour the night before.
And it looked like this the next morning.
So I used it to mix with flour, salt, sugar and oil, adding some more yeast water to it and knead.
This time it took longer time to rise as homemade yeast works slower than active dried yeast.
Before sending into the oven.
So I got it!
So happy that I can now make my own yeast to bake~
