Second loaf of bread from pre-fermented dough
Since I have leftover pre-fermented dough, so not to waste them I made another loaf.
This time is a little different from the first one as it didn't rise as much. However, the outer skin is much more harder and crunchier but still soft inside.
I named it ‘外表坚强,内在柔软’. XD
(Making bread is such an obsession to me right now)
