Home cook good meals by wwoof host, Okinawa (part 2)
Check out part 1
Still with the same host (I have 3 wwoof hosts for this trip).
Udon soup with a bowl of fried rice.
Pork chop with tomato sauce, tofu sa;ad and roasted potato and carrot.
Chinese style fried noodle with onigiri.
I'm always amazed with Japanese on how they turned leftover food to a new dish.
A very generous sashimi salad(!)
That's baked rice at the back.
Roasted potato, fried fish and dumpling skin wrap (we call it popiah in Malaysia), and a big bowl of salad with raw onion, yum!
One of my favourite, natto!
This was mixed with seaweed, to be eaten with rice.
