Moringa roselle cookies

I was thinking what flavour of cookies I should make after cinnamon chocolate cookies.

I wanted to use local ingredients and then I noticed GK Farm produces moringa powder and dried roselle.

I thought maybe I can try using these, and here's the outcome.

After sending out testers to family, friends and organic shop staffs, they were well received.

Many said it tasted like green pea ha. The ingredients super simple -flour, salt, sugar, coconut oil, moringa powder and dried roselle. That's all.

So I happily gonna make more to sell soon.
