Baking with turmeric leaves

I was about to bake a loaf at home when I found out I didn't have any baking paper.

So I thought of using some leaves, like banana leaves I tried before. But I don't have banana plant here, so I went to look around at my balcony garden and saw turmeric plant.

It has the biggest leaf in the garden.

So I used 3 leaves to layer at the baking tin.

It worked! It smells so so good too!
