Homecook: Couscous


It was a simple and quick lunch with couscous.
I wasn't sure how to cook and how easy to prepare it until I ask chenyee.

While soaking couscous in hot water, I stir-fried asparagus bean and carrot.
After that couscous has already absorbed the water. ( I put a little too much so I drained it)

Sprinkling some sea salt, add some olive oil and cut cherry tomatoes, it's ready to serve. :)
