Japanese rice 三色米

I bought this rice from a shop near Todaiji, Nara.

It's with 3 colours -red, black and green.

 i cooked porridge with mushroom, tofu, french bean and wolf berries.

Just playing with the raw ingredient.

I think it looks like a building in the greens. ;)
