A sudden urge to make cinnamon roll on Christmas eve, yeah why not.
And this is the first time I tried making one too.
I have the recipe from internet but I didn't follow exactly.
I omitted egg and also dried yeast as I'm using my own bread starter.
I always like cinnamon and the smell is so nice!
The look and taste certainly still need improvement, but hey I'm ready for it!
p/s: I always thought of a client of mine who is a German when Christmas approaches.
I was at her new house on the Christmas week and she treated me her homemade croissant and coffee.
That was a lovely and unforgettable moment. :)
