Roast Factor Glee for Christmas

My first time tasting tebirkes. It's a scandinavian style of croissant, according to the barista.

I can taste a little sweetness under that crispy layers of dough, I supposed the sweetness is from marzipan (a confection consisting primarily of sugar or honey and almond meal, sometimes augmented with almond oil or extract wikipedia).

Love it, thanks to the barista's recommendation.
