Here are the upcoming course schedules & menus for the rest of Feb & March 2013.

Menu for the Class on Wed 20th feb 2013 at 11am ( Vegetarian)
1. Beetroot dip served with Khoubiz bread with Feta & Zaatar topping
2. Asian Style Slaw with Peanut Butter dressing
3. Quinoa Mexican style with Pepita Ciliantro sauce
4.. Black Bean, Barley & Smoked cheese salad
5. Mograbieh with Cous-cous & sundried Tomatoes
6. Crushed Orange & Almond Gluten Free Cake
Menu for the Class on Fri 1st March 2013 at 11am ( Veg & Non Veg )
1. Almond & Coriander Dip served with Khoubiz bread with Feta & Zaatar topping
2. Asian Style Slaw with Peanut Butter dressing
3. Mesclun Greens with seafood ( prawns, calamari) with tangy gingerflower dressing
4.Pan Fried Red Snapper with Lemon Nut Crust
5. Herbed Chicken breasts stuffed with Roasted red peppers & Olives
6. Mograbieh with Cous-cous & sundried Tomatoes
Menu for the class on Tues 12th march 2013 ( Thai & Vietnamese Veg & Non Veg )
1.
Miang Kam /Leafy envelopes of Flavour. A zesty raw Thai Appetiser which
is a favourite of many. We will explain both the veg & non veg
options.

Structure of Classes
This is a mixed demo & Hands on class. Participation is encouraged
by the students who will also help with the preparation & the
cooking.
Students need not bring anything except themselves. Printed recipes,
aprons & tea / coffee will be provided. We will eat what we cook
after the class. Left overs ( if any ) can be packed back so please
bring your containers.

Costs Of Class
The costs of all classes are RM180 together with ingredients. If
you pay for 2 classes upfront you pay RM350 ( a discount of RM10) & if
u pay for 3 classes upfront you pay RM520 ( a discount of RM20). They only
have a limited number of spaces available ( 14 ).
