Toasted focaccia with banana

One of my favourite gadgets in the kitchen is sandwich maker.
It's so convenient and versatile, as I love bread so much I eat almost everyday.

So to have a variety of bread is good.
With the sandwich maker, even if I bought a loaf of bread which can last me for a few days, I still can make something different each day.

This time I made toasted focaccia with sliced banana in it.
Banana tastes so good with slightly toasted!
