Sourdough bagels


My bagels are puffed, like finally! 
Still need to be firmer though (dough), the inside is still airy.
That's with olive on the left, 2 in the middle with cacao powder just for the marble effect, and plain ones on the right.
 
If you saw how my previous ones look, you will know why I'm that rejoice.
 Here's the previous batch, and here's my first batch of homemade bagels.
