Tommy le Baker, Viva Residency

Thanks to Choi Yen telling me about this bakery.

Since I was at KLpac last Sunday, so I dropped by at this small bakery which is located in a building just opposite to the entrance of KLpac.

The owner Tommy and the specially made pastry (which I forgot what's thee name).

Some write-up about handmade loaf. 

The half farmer's sourdough that I brought home.

I was told that they have apple tart, so I requested to have a piece. RM7.

The sauce is also self-made by them.

Yummy!
