Watercolour Gourmet Bakery & Cafe, MK Meridin

I saw a link on a website mentioning a cafe located in MK Meridin serves good bread in town.
So I was heading to 1 Mont Kiara on one Saturday afternoon, I thought I could just drop by at this cafe before that.

Watercolour is the name of the cafe.

Some bar seats facing the road in the cafe.

They serve juice, coffee and bread.
They get the bread supply from Hiestand.

As usual, I had cappuccino as drink.
I also had almond gipfel. Nice, it's soft yet crunchy at the outside.
And the fragrance of almond~

If you dine-in, they can heat up the bread for you.

Torn between farmer bread (white bread) and kraftkorn bread (brown bread), ended up bought kraftkorn for breakfast at home.

    1. Actually it's also named croissant, just different names in different country.

This is what I found from Hiestand's website:
"Gipfel means “mountain peak” or “highest summit” in German; in Switzerland, it is widely used as the word for “croissant”. This is the traditional Swiss croissant with which European mornings begin. This croissant is characterized by a lighter, more delicate pastry than its French counterpart and is greeted with delight not only in Europe, but Japan as well."
