Homecook: beetroot curry


A friend of sis gave us organic green curry paste that she bought from Thailand.

Sis put in potato, carrot, cabbage, tempeh and beetroot. Also fresh basil leaves from our garden.
Anything cooked with beetroot will sure turn out red colour.
So our green curry became red curry, haha!

Nonetheless, it was delicious!
