Soy milk bread & cinnamon roll


I challenged myself to bake 2 types of bread yesterday.

 I used soy milk to replace water, as a result the bread is softer inside.
I sprinkled chopped fresh rosemary and kosher salt on top.
It's prettier that way. :)


I made bigger cinnamon roll this time.
All bread using sourdough and I let them 'grow' for longer time.

I'm still at the stage of experimenting and it's fun!
