Mizuiro -ramen & coffee
A rather new eatery in Bandar Menjalara, Mizuiro.

Lunch set -spicy ramen + hot ocha, RM12.
The soup was good, but the homemade ramen was not my favourite type.
It's a bit rubbery. I guess it's because they're using rye flour (with unbleached french flour) that makes the noodles denser.
However, it's just my preference. There will be people who likes this type of noodles somehow.
Still kudos for their effort to produce healthier food.
